Plasticoncentrates, a Pennsylvania based color concentrate manufacturer, was founded in February 2001 to address various gaps in the coloring of Plastics Industry. Plasticoncentrates primarily addresses demanding Color Technology usually required to color High Temperature Engineering Plastics and Thermoplastics Elastomers without sacrificing the integrity, or the performance characteristics of the plastics.
Our MissionBe the leading, and fastest, Color Concentrate provider to the High Temperature Engineering Plastics and Thermoplastic Elastomers Industry.
Company Profile
Plasticoncentrates is different from its competitors and other Color Concentrate houses, because it is set up as the only Color Concentrate manufacturer whose key target market is the Engineering Plastic market (Difficult to color products). The PlasticonTM product line targets Injection Molders, Plastic Custom Compounders, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) like Computer, Cell Phone, Power tools and other Consumer Durable Manufacturers, who do their injection molding in-house. The company's initial operation will be in the United States, and a Multi-generation plan has also been developed for translation of the same model in Europe, and Asia within 3 three years. Plasticoncentrates is designed primarily with the Customer in mind, and its entire strategy is centered on providing speed, quality and ease of doing business for our Customers.
Plasticoncentrates' existence and products are directed toward one goal. Providing customers the capability to compress their product cycle and expedite their time to market, while maintaining pristine quality of their Engineered Thermoplastic (ETP) Colors.
Plasticoncentrates leverages these new technologies to substantially enhance the supply chain planning of Injection Molders and Plastic Compounders, thereby significantly reducing the inefficiency in their value chain. When the color has to be absolutely, positively right, and absolutely positively there, Plasticoncentrates will use its SQE (Speed, Quality, Ease to our Customers) coupled with its 6 Sigma manufacturing process to excite and meet Customers CDP (Critical Desired Properties).
